Riding a motorcycle thru the wilds of the Colorado desert is an awesome travel adventure destination, beware, not many gas stops. The big suzuki dr650 with 3.4 gal. gas tank will sure keep your throttle hand at bay. :-) I recommend a planned route with lodging in mind in advance , unless you are carrying overnight and allweather gear.
